I bought a box of Marie Callendar's Frozen Lasagna for Two. After cooking it and went to serve up a piece to eat, I noticed an off smell about it, but ate a bite anyway and it didn't taste quite right.

I took a second bite from a different area of the serving and it too tasted like it had rancid meat in it. I called ConAgra Foods the next day about the problem. The girl apologized and said she would send out a coupon to replace the item and she asked me all the info off the packaging and also asked for me to send photos which I did. I get their coupon but it is NOT for replacing it as I was told would be sent to me.

They only gave me a few dollars off coupon but the item costs $7.97 from Publix where I bought it from. How is this not replacing it? This was a defective product and they should have replaced it completely as it was inedible. I emailed them about the shortage of the coupon but got no reply.

I called twice today and each time I gave the out-of-the-country outsourced customer service reps for Conagra and gave them my case #, they'd look it up then immediately hang up on me. I called a third time asking for a manager they same outsourced reps said they could not give me to a manager that they had to help me first. I told him that I already called twice and as soon as I gave my case#, they'd hang up. He said he wouldn't so I gave him the case #.

He said, we didn't promise a replacement. I said the original case rep most certainly did. He said we don't do replacement coupons. I said I should be completely compensated for the full amount since it was a spoiled product.

I asked for a manager or someone to speak to in the U.S. but he refused. I've tried calling corporate and several other phone numbers for Conagra and they don't answer the phones or they route you to the out of the country customer service reps who just give lip service and not real customer service. I'm angry and will never buy Marie Callendar's or any other ConAgra product again.

I would also warn others about buying any of their products because if this is the quality of product AND customer service, then that's a big red flag about this company! Who knows what they are really putting in their products if they are hiding from the public and avoiding contact with them.

I hope it's worth the extra $2 they saved by short-changing me on a promise, to lose a customer permanently! They're losing a *** of a lot more than that and getting bad word of mouth too!!

I have purchased Hungryman Dinners from my local grocery stores since they were first created. These days my disappointment with the product is the reason I write to you today.

I like Turkey and don't get enough of it.

I buy this along with the Salisbury Steak frozen TV dinners for a variety and i usually make one of each as one big meal for the day when the family is away.

I haven't purchased quite so many since the company; Pinnacle was bought out by Conagra in 2018. The product seems to have changed unless I am wrong.

(and the XXL Hangryman meals are gone.

Has the quality of the product gone down since the takeover?

Is the size of the Hungry Man meals and quantity of each item been reduced since then?

Has your company gotten greedy and mainly wish to make your shareholders happy??!

*Does Conagra stand for ...'Con' customers out of their 'Agra' food quantity and quality?

I am disappointed. The product seems of less value and i may discontinue buying it.

This message comes from anger, so please forgive me if I sound mean. Wolf brand has always been my favorite chili.

I literally buy it by the case. I don't eat it much in the summer, but eat chili for lunch or dinner at least 3 to 4 times a week. I bought my first 24 cans 2 weeks ago at Menards as they had it on sale. This has been the absolutely worst quality chili Wolf has ever made.

In 2 different cans, I have bit into something so hard it's almost broken a tooth. When I look to see what it is, it looks like a small piece of bone both times. I realize this could happen once in a while with cheaper foods but twice in a week in different cans...? Then I figured those cans came from the same batch.

Is it a batch that some bone got into? I'm about to toss my last 16 cans. I'm not sure what to do but it's disgusting and it hurts to bite into. I really hope you haven't changed the quality of the chili you put out.

This is nuts. You can do better than this!!!
